The 5k Walk and Run for Life is a fun, family-friendly event that raises support for the Wellspring Life Ministry (formerly known as the Pregnancy Clinic Ministry). The Wellspring Life Ministry not only provides support for women facing unexpected pregnancies but also shares the love of Jesus, giving them the hope they need to choose life. Runners and walkers alike will enjoy this relaxing trail run at MACC.

The annual Walk and Run features:

• 5k, timed trail run (strollers are not permitted on the course)

• Family Life Walk (strollers welcome)

• Kid's Dash (for ages 5–7)

• Toddler Trot (4 and under)

• Great activities for kids, including a bounce house

• Lots of prizes and giveaways
