Join the Garden Ministry on Saturday, May 6, as we prepare for the season to support growing food for the needy. Activities include raised bed box building, filling with soil, planting seedlings, shed construction, invasive species removal, painting boards, and other nature projects. Start time is 9:30 a.m., with a presentation at 9:40. We will end at 12:30, but stick around and eat lunch until 1, and enjoy sports after. Join us for our Fall Clean-up Day in the MACC Garden! It’s time to clean up our garden and prepare for the winter. We will remove old, harvested plants, do general cleanup and prepare the soil for resting through the winter months. Meet at the garden site on Saturday, October 16 at 10 a.m. to noon.
