Registration for adult sports leagues is handled on a team basis. A manager will find players to comprise a team, and that manager is then responsible for the registration of players and associated team fees. Occasionally, a team manager will be in need of additional players. A free agent list has been created for individuals wishing to be contacted by a manager to join a team. Placement on the free agent list does not guarantee a placement on a team.
