Our goal in Women’s Ministry is to offer a place for women, married or single, young or old, to connect and to be unified with each other and the Body of Christ. We do this by ministering to the total woman without adding any additional stress. This is a 3-point program: Love the woman, meet the woman at her needs and raise her up in Jesus. Praying the Psalms: Ancient Words for Modern Life

Join us for a five-week study in the Psalms as we learn how to incorporate the different types of psalms from Israel’s prayer book into our prayer life today. Whether we are seeking wisdom, wanting to praise, or needing to lament, the Book of Psalms gives us words that can breathe new life into the time we spend in prayer. We will meet Thursday mornings from 10 to 11 a.m. on the patio from May 14 through June 11.
Trusting God: Even When Life Hurts
Thursdays, May 21 to August 6, from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Location: MACC Youth Room
Women’s summer study using the book “Trusting God: Even When Life Hurts” by Jerry Bridges. The author explores why it is often harder to trust God than to obey him. He contends that while God’s moral laws are rational, life’s painful circumstances often appear irrational and inexplicable. But he says, “God in his love always wills what is best for us. In his wisdom, he always knows what is best, and in his sovereignty, he has the power to bring it about.”
