MACC Worship Team
Thank you for your interest in the MACC Worship Team! Our Worship Team includes both the team on stage (vocalists and musicians) as well as the production team off-stage (audio, lighting, slides, and video). We serve together to create environments where people can encounter Jesus, and we’d love for you to join us
No experience is necessary to join the production team — just a willingness and desire to learn. If you are interested in serving with our on-stage team, you will individually audition with a very small group. We know that auditioning can be an intimidating experience, but don’t stress — we want you to be comfortable.
Team Requirements
To be genuine people who honor the Lord with authentic worship on and off the platform.
To be a team of Spirit-filled worship leaders used by the Lord to lead others into God’s presence.
To make the vision that God gives to the Pastor and Creative Team for a particular week, sermon series or moments in a service come to life by the power of His grace and glory.
To create an atmosphere of worship, team work and family while serving God with Excellence.
To not draw attention to ourselves while on or off the platform, but to give glory to God in our words and actions.
Spiritual Principles
Be a born-again believer of Jesus Christ. (John 3:7)
Be active in a Life Group. (Proverbs 27:17)
Worship with your tithes and offerings and commit to daily prayer and devotion with the Lord. (Malachi 3:10)
Live a life worthy of the calling received. (Ephesians 4:1)
Maintain a life of moral integrity and good character. (Romans 12:1-2)
Walk in the Spirit. (Ephesians 5:18)
Be self-controlled and alert. (1 Peter 5:8)
